Born in Kingston Jamaica, and raised in Ocho Rios, I've always loved music. Growing up, I was constantly around different types of music. It was at home where my pops would always turn up his huge speakers playing hits from ALL the greats...Bob Marley (I listen to at LEAST one of Bob's songs a day!) Elvis Presley, Frank Sinatra, a variety of Motowns' artists and others. It used to drive me crazy back then. I didn't know I was being prepared for something I would end up pursuing.
At my fathers Patty shop, my uncles and cousins had a sound system set-up in a lawn next to the shop. They would play dancehall, roots reggae, ska and just about every other type of music, all for the people. This would happen EVERY weekend in the busiest, most crowded part of Ocho Rios, smack in the center of Market Square.
Upon arriving in Miami Florida, I met and collaborated with various producers including Tony "CD" Kelly, LSR and Supa-Dups of Blackchiney sound. I also got the chance to work with artists such as Cecile, Toi and Don Dinero. Since coming to LA I've been working on new material, and even did collabs with Jin and Dumbfoundead.
I firmly believe that it is not only about the destination and where I want to take people via my music, but the whole journey itself is just as meaningful, if not more...
