    Local musicians and friends have organized a fundraiser at the Pour House for Josh Dybzinski, a local food ’n’ bev guy and drummer who suffered spinal chord injuries in a major car wreck in December. Dybzinski worked in City Paper’s production department before becoming a part of the Home Team BBQ family on Sullivan’s Island. He’s been recuperating slowly, and his medical bills are very high.     How does an up-and-coming rock trio with a name based on a bizarre anti-disco protest in the 1970s get taken seriously? By cramming their songs with powerhouse guitar, rock-solid rhythms, and a genuine sense of grit. Originally called Sons of Cain, the Disco Demolition Knights formed last fall.
