Worked in conjunction with a fellow consultant on identifying and contacting potential artists and their managers. Coordinated obtaining protected/secure music from the artists labels to the director and studio. Participated in final sequencing/mastering of the soundtrack.

Acted as liaison between Warner Bros. Records Inc., the artist and the artist’s representatives in all phases of the signing of a recording contract and the creation of an album. Responsibilities included scouting for unsigned artists, discussing deal terms (including so-called “360” deals) with artists and their representatives during the signing process, working together with publishers to match artists with songs and writers, helping the artist select the best producer/mixer/masterer, and coordinating production with producers, engineers, managers, artists and internal departments. Oversaw and tracked artist budgets. Compiled weekly Mediabase, Soundscan, MIS, and Tunecore reports. Direct supervisor to a minimum of two college interns per semester.
Assistant to Guy Oseary, President, Maverick Records (August 2006 – December 2008)
As assistant to Guy Oseary, acted as the primary liaison between Maverick Records and Warner Bros. Records Inc. Provided day-to-day managerial support for Madonna, Lenny Kravitz, Katharine McPhee, and Stuart Price, included providing remote support for the European leg of the Madonna “Confessions” tour. Coordinated the operations of Maverick Television and Film. Worked together with event planners to organize Maverick Records events, as well the launch of the General Motors Celebrity Limo Service.

Provided administrative support to the Promotion, Marketing, and A&R departments. Assembled weekly radio/sales reports for presentation at company meetings. Day-to-day responsibilities included answering phones for five senior executives, compiling expense reports, scheduling and booking travel for all Maverick artists and label executives, and traveling to local events (e.g., in-store promotions, music video shoots) to provide support as an onsite Maverick Records representative.
