    Listen to both versions of #HMBS (Heart Mind Body Soul) by clicking on the image above! UNRELEASED SONG from #MentalHybrid. So to give you a little background to the creation of this song. I wrote it in NYC around 4am. The next day we recorded it in one shot. Gaetano Lattanzi and I. I wrote, sang it, and freestyled the last minute + a half of the song.
