ZAMBIAN VOCAL COLLECTION
Zambian Vocal Collection is a nine members Acappella vocal ensamble that was formed in 1993 under the name Zambian Acappela Boys Choir. Later in 1998 they changed the name to Zambian Vocal Collection.
These vocal talents young men have brought new life to the word acappella, singing traditional hymns, original verse and inspirational songs throughout their community and around the world.
Their music touches people in all walks of life from the dedicated music connoisseur to the child whose ears are tickled with the sweet sounds of their vocal nuances.
The members of the acclaimed ZVC love to travel around the world while spreading their culture, bringing hope and cheer those that are hurt and uplift their spirits that are down.
ZVC’s music style is best described as a combination of traditional hymns, vocal percussion, synchronized choreography and complex vocal harmonies.

Our vision is to have a malaria free community of Kalingalinga, Lusaka. This is because of the high numbers of malaria cases all over Zambia. Malaria is considered to be one the Killer disease in Zambia, more especially among young people under five years old.
